LIMA Engineers, Inc. was founded in late 2023 with a clear vision: to deliver high-quality, responsive, and technically sound electrical and control systems engineering services to public agencies and utility clients.


Our firm was built on the belief that infrastructure projects demand not only strong technical expertise, but also disciplined execution, clear communication, and accountability. At LIMA Engineers, we are committed to providing structured, review-ready documentation, thoughtful multidisciplinary coordination, and solutions that meet rigorous regulatory and agency standards.


Building on my background in project leadership, utility infrastructure, and advanced engineering systems, I co-founded LIMA Engineers with a strong emphasis on reliability, structured quality assurance, and performance-focused delivery. These experiences shape our philosophy—blending technical excellence with proactive management practices to provide consistent, dependable, and fully compliant engineering solutions.
